Customer Highlight-The Taft Museum

As much a work of art as the pieces it contains, The Baum-Longworth-Sinton-Taft House, is a National Historic Landmark. The original house of The Taft Museum of Art facility was built about 1820, and is the oldest domestic wooden structure in situ locally. It is considered one of the finest examples of Federal architecture in the Palladian style in the United States.

The challenges of the stewardship of a 192 year old structure are many. Building Management Partners is proud to be a valued resource to the museum caretakers in the maintenance and preservation of such an extraordinary facility. We provide scheduled maintenance, contract management, capital improvements, lawn care, and landscaping services to ensure that the museum’s high standards are continually exceeded.

“It was about 10 p.m. on a Saturday evening when we called our guys at Building Management Partners because the dishwasher died. They responded immediately and worked here until 11:30 p.m. to make sure we were ready for our Mother’s Day brunch the next morning.”

-Cynthia M. Kearns - Director of Organizational Resources & Planning
