Client Highlight- Children's Home of Northern Kentucky

Founded in 1882 by Colonel Amos Shinkle, Children's Home of Northern Kentucky originally served the community as an orphanage for children who were homeless or orphaned. In the 1980s, they shifted our focus to abused, neglected, and at-risk children and their families. Much like their founder, who also financed the building of the Ohio River’s landmark Suspension Bridge, CHNK builds bridges – to better futures – for the children in their care.

For over two years, Building Management Partners has had the honor to serve CHNK. We provide them a wide range of our services; maintenance, grounds care, planning and construction.

We are grateful that Rick Wurth, Chief Executive Officer of CHNK is pleased with BMP's service, "Children's Home of Northern Kentucky has made great strides in the arena of facilities upkeep and renovations thanks to Building Management Partners. With multiple residential buildings serving abused, neglected, and high-risk youth on a 24/7 basis on multiple campuses, we need to be able to rely on professionals who cannot only respond quickly but who can also be aware of the particular challenges that come with our population. Building Management Partners has provided CHNK with effective and efficient maintenance, planning, and construction oversight services. BMP's staff have become familiar faces on our campuses whom our staff and kids trust and depend upon to provide a homelike and professional environment. BMP has been our one-stop answer to needs ranging from lawn care to faulty plumbing needing afterhours attention to strategic planning for renovations and new construction."
