Building Management Partners (BMP), a leading provider of commercial facilities maintenance and building services, today announced the addition of Josh Ewing as Vice President. Ewing joins BMP’s executive leadership team and will work closely with the organization’s operations, account management, and growth initiatives to further strengthen service delivery for existing customers while supporting continued expansion.
Building Management Partners is an affiliate of Paul Hemmer Company, a fourth-generation, closely held organization serving commercial customers across the Ohio Valley for more than a century.
Ewing brings more than a decade of leadership experience in integrated facilities management, national account operations, and large-scale service delivery, along with deep experience leading post-acquisition business integrations. His background includes senior leadership roles with nationally recognized facilities services organizations, where he oversaw complex, multi-market portfolios, led large teams, and served as a cross-functional leader for integrating acquired companies across operations, IT, finance, HR, and sales. That combination of operational leadership and integration experience positions BMP to scale while maintaining consistency, accountability, and customer focus.
“Building Management Partners has built a strong reputation by doing the fundamentals right and standing behind its customers,” said Paul Hemmer, CEO of Paul Hemmer Company. “Josh brings the operational discipline, leadership maturity, and customer-first mindset that will help BMP continue to scale responsibly while preserving the values and service standards our customers expect.”
In his role as Vice President, Ewing will focus on operational alignment, account management excellence, team development, and supporting BMP’s long-term growth strategy, including the integration of new capabilities and future acquisitions. His appointment is part of a broader leadership investment designed to ensure BMP is well positioned to serve larger and more complex customer portfolios while maintaining responsiveness at the local level. “Josh’s experience leading large, multi-site service organizations will immediately strengthen how we support our customers and our internal teams,” said Dave Dringenburg, General Manager of Building Management Partners. “He understands what it takes to deliver consistent results, build accountable teams, and grow alongside customers. This is an important step forward for BMP.”
Ewing said he was drawn to Building Management Partners by its culture, customer relationships, and long-term vision.
“BMP has a strong foundation, a talented team, and a clear commitment to its customers,” said Josh Ewing, Vice President of Building Management Partners. “My focus is on helping the organization scale its capabilities, integrate new opportunities the right way, and support the people doing the work so our customers continue to see BMP as a trusted, long-term partner in maintaining and improving their facilities.”
