Carpentry & Finishes: Painting throughout the space using Agreeable Gray for a professional, modern look. Custom staining, sealing, and finishing of wood doors to match existing finishes.

Drywall & Ceiling: Construction of a new 7’x7’ IT storage room, including framing, hanging, finishing, ceiling grid adjustments, and integration of new lighting.

Doors, Windows & Glass: Installation of a hollow metal frame and wood door for the IT room, plus custom office door and window graphics to enhance branding.

Sitework & Demolition: Removal of outdated desks and chairs while retaining essential fixtures such as the fridge, breakroom cabinets, and reception desk.
