The Blue Buffalo team knew that their current break room in their Monroe, Ohio distribution center was no longer sufficient for their growing team, so they called on Building Management Partners to complete this tenant improvement project. Starting in June 2020, our team worked to expand their current breakroom nearly twice its size.
The renovation not only increased the functionality of the space with a TV, additional microwaves, and a new epoxy floor, but also maximized the amenities and safety features for all employees. As safety precautions for Covid-19 and other potential hazards, we installed an eyewash station and three additional sinks—two inside the break room and one in the distribution center.
