Mane Inc. water damage cleanup

Summary

A Building Management Partners manager received call on December 26, 2022 at 4am regarding a broken pipe in a lab area. Mane Inc. stated that a filter froze and broke off resulting in flooding which occurred from 9:30pm on December 25th and went unchecked until around 3am the following day.  Based on flow rate, an estimated 3000-4000 gallons of water was released.  BMP showed up on site at 5:00 am to shut off the water and take control of the situation and coordinate a team.  By mid-morning the team began extracting water and removing damaged ceiling and walls.

The following day, BMP followed up onsite to ensure dehumidifiers and fans were working.  Shortly after, the ceiling tiles and drywall were replaced .

In this case, the BMP team went over and above to ensure the customer was operational as quickly as possible.
